first open your firewall:-
first cntrl+R type firewall.cpl you can open windows defender firewall
leftside more options your click Advanced setting you can now open popup Windows defender firewall and Advance security
Next Step your click Outbound Rules on your left side Action options
you click New Rule....
now you can open new popup New Outbound Rule Wizard
enter your software and browser open file location path copy
Browser open file location Past here click next |
Click Next Block the connection |
And Next step What does this rule apply?
Domain, Private, Public Check this once
first step now you open notepad Run as adminstrator
Click next |
Your last Step ;-
enter your your Application name.
Click Finish |
That's all finish your setting internet connection block on your browser
you check Outbound Rules:-
Successfully block internet connection on the browser |
Result:-
facebook.com webpage not open in browser.
Internet access is blocked.
Wifi is connected but not open facebook.com
Succesfully blocked on internet connection in the browser

if you remove and unblock internet connection
left side option Action list you click edge browser on outbound rules left side delete option you can delete now
Delete your Outbound Rule... Delete you outbound rule Now you can open edge browser Type facebook.com is now open |

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc you can open this path
there are five files and now can open hosts file
you can block facebook website on your computer/laptop
Edit the host file
type 127.0.0.1 www.facebook.com and save the file.
127.0.0.1 is a local host
Open the browser type facebook.com not open facebook site on your computer/laptop
